No. 9 to provide 32 single berth for a combined grade mix of E1 to E6 personnel; (b) alteration to include air conditioned semi-private rooms with a bath in each room to meet new privacty criteria of rehahbilitation BEQs; (c) seismically upgrade the structural integrity of the building; (d) replace existing architectural finishes (floor tiles, carpet, partition, doors, windows, and ceiling insulation) and components of air conditioning units, ventilaiton, plumbing, electrical, telephone, fire alarm and smoke detection system (e) install fire protection system; (f) provide kitchen. Work also includes painting, demolition, disposal of debris, clean-up and incidental related work. The work is located at the U.S. Naval Activities, Guam, M.I. The performance period is 360 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Plans and specifications will be available on or about 15 July 1997. There is a $100.00 non-refundable charge for each bid set. Payment in the form of a certified cashier's check or U.S. money order made out to the "Treasury of the United States" must accompany each request. Personal checks or cash will be not be accepted.
