GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The work includes the removal and disposal of asbestos containing material and lead-containing paint; the relocation of above-ground oil storage tank and landscape trees and shrubs; the removal of masonry and metal and stud partitions, doors, suspended acoustical and plaster ceilings, carpet and vinyl flooring, ceramic tile floors, walls, toilet partitions and accessories, cabinets and counters, concrete wall and floor structure, metal stair handrails, entrance canopy windows, exterior face brick, asphalt concrete pavement and walks, drainage pipe and manholes, toilets, sinks, urinals, mechanical equipment, hydronic heating, domestic hot water storage tank, piping, exhaust fans, electrical service entrances and primary feeder to the indoor transformer, panelboards, lighting fixtures, receptacles, all conductors and fire alarm panel; the provision of metal stud and gypsum board partitions, masonry infill partitions, doors and frames, exterior insulation and finish system, exterior face brick veneer, aluminum windows and panels, EPDM roof repair, cast-in-place concrete piles, concrete pile caps and slabs, structural steel framing, entrance vestibule, miscellaneous steel fabrications, metal stairs and handrails, vinyl and carpet flooring, painting, suspended acoustical and gypsum board ceilings, toilet partitions and accessories, ceramic tile walls and flooring, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, plumbing fixtures, piping, wet-pipe sprinkler system, domestic hot water storage tank, mechanical room addition, hydraulic elevator with masonry shaft, electrical service entrance equipment, transformer, panelboards, wiring, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm system, cable television system, telephone system, parking lot improvements, underground electric lines, underground storm drain lines, underground water lines; and incidental related work.
