Removal of two (2) deaerator tanks, piping, and retain for reinstallation. Remove platforms as required to remove existing condensate deaerator tanks, and retain for reinstallation. installation of new ASME 150 PSI approved 4000 gal boiler feed water steam condensate tank, blowdown, and draing piping including valves, accessories, instrumentation, control devices, supports, insulation, and all other required appurtenances. inspect two (2) existing deaerator tanks for corrosion damage. Hydrostatic test tanks to ASME STD for 150 PSI vessels. Painting of new equipment, piping, insulation, and structure. Testing, adjusting, and balancing of new piping and equipment systems. Any insulation on existing piping damaged during removal of equipment shall be reinstalled to match existing insulation. Work requirements consist of: Mechanical 75%, Electrical 14%, Architectural 5%, Civil 5%. Magnitude of Construction = $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Completion time = 265 Calendar days. This aquisition is unrestricted. After release of the solicitation, requests will be processed on a "first-come, first-served" basis. See Note 26.
