Work will include providing lightning protection on three prefabricated shelters on-site. Work will be performed in two phases: 1) install lightning protection on shelters, coke breezes, and ground plates in existing rounding trenches, disconnect portion of existing grounding system, and test remaining grounding system; and 2) install coke greeze and ground plates in existing ground plates and retest the grounding system. This is a 100% small business set-aside (SIC 1731, $7.0 million/yr size standard). Requests for the solicitation will only be honored from small businesses.
