The Defense Supply Service-Washington on behalf of the Department of Defense (DOD) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with In Your Corner, Inc., P. O. Box 8145-1533, Dallas, TX 75205. The items to be acquired are shower cards to complete the components of a mini-breast model to DOD women beneficiaries in each TRICARE Region. The shower cards with the mini-breast models will be delivered to the military treatment facilities in appropriately ethnically hued tones as designated. The plastic shower card sleeve will include an insert with health related questions that requires user response and mail back. There is no solicitation document available for contractors to review. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any firms that response to this synopsis of intent or otherwise requested a copy of the solicitation will receive the solicitation automatically, if one is established.
