The Library of Congress intends to issue a blanket purchase agreement for video duplication services as follows: transfer of film to videotape of all formats including conversion of foreign standard formats i.e. PAL SECAM; videotape duplication of all formats including conversion of foreign standard formats i.e PAL SECAM; editorial services for the above as needed including conversion of foreign standard formats i.e. PAL SECAM; and when needed provide cleaning and liquid gate processes, from material supplied from the collections of the Library of Congress for customer requests.
