B -- PEER REVIEW OF NIOSH TRAINING GRANT APPLICATIONS SOL 97-137(N) DUE 090897 POC Wanda Allison, Contract Specialist The Contractor shall administer the peer review process of training grant applications received by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (CDC/NIOSH), Atlanta, GA. Contractor shall be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting the initial administrative, scientific, and technical review of approximately 10-25 competitive training grant applications received per year by NIOSH. Tasks include the selection of reviewers, the scheduling of the review, attending site visits, the development, preparation, and transmittal of summary statements. The Contractor shall also be required to attend meetings of the NIOSH Training Grants Council. Solicitation will be for a base period of approximately one year with four one year renewal options.
