The project includes all site work, utility runs and hook-ups, steel frame construction, split-face block exterior, stepped concrete foundation (slab on grade), aluminum windows, drywall, and carpeted interior finishes, flat membrane roof, steam heat, direct expansion air conditioning, johnson controls, METASYS HVAC controls, 220 amp electrical service, sidewalk access from existing parking lot, and handicap accessibility throughout. UXO sweeps will be required for all disturbed areas. Completion schedule is 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00.
