WILD (913) 239-0478 (Site Code DAKF19) The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material, and transportation and perform all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications necessary to collect and dispose of waste oil as specified. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Respond to perform within the specified response time; 2. Collect entire contents of used oil as specified; 3. Travel to specified location on Ft. Riley and drain water from bottom of truck tank into oil-water separator; 4. Report to specified location with full tank for tank gauging and meter reading; 5. Document ultimate usage/disposal of tank contents; and, 6. Report and clean up all spills as specified. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price requirements contract with a base and three (3) option years. The sealed bid solicitation will be issued on or about 20 Aug 97 with bid opening on or about 19 Sep 97. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 5093 which sets the small business size at 100 employees.
