The Contractor shall respond to emergency calls and be on site within 2 hours of the call. This service contract will cover the period October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with (4) four one year option periods. The SIC Code is 7389 and the annual size standard is $5.0 million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. A firm fixed price contract shall be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and the price related factors included in the invitation.
