Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with R. P. Kincheloe, 2550 114th St., Suite 170, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 to deinstall the complete V-4000 Philips Angio Unit and all its system components, move system from their current location and reinstall them in the new site location, making the system completely functional. Kincheloe will work with IBM and Brit Systems to enable this system to be a participating node on the PAC System. Estimated start date for this work is December 1997. Commencement date for work to begin is dependent upon the completion of the Clinical Addition Site currently under construction at this facility. All responsible sources capable of providing this service are invited to submit a written request for this solicitation. Anticipated issue date is 7/18/97.
