Solicitation F4169197Q1045 will be issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12. The RFQ has no business size restrictions and all responsible sources may submit an offer which, if timely received, will be considered by this agency. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and transportation necessary to deliver and install the trailer.
