Sampson, Contracting Officer This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Owned and Controlled concerns in accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47). Construction of approximately 1,800 LF of 4" PVC water main and appurtenances; 1,800 LF of communication cable; 225 LF of primary power cable; new transformer; 300 LF of secondary power cable; treatment facility, degasification tower and 1,700 GAL concrete basin; renovations to the old treatment building consisting of re-plumbing the building with 4" & 2" piping, installing a new service entrance panel and control panel and related appurtenances, installing four submersible pumps with pitless units and electrical controls. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 100 calendar days. The estimated range is $100,000 and $250,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. Buy American Act applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting Hoh Tribal Ordinances.
