Demolition involves lead paint and asbestos abatement. Some units to become handicap accessible. Exterior work includes replacement of asphalt roads, new driveways, sidewalks, patios, playground, trails and landscaping. Utility work includes underground electrical distribution, cable and telephone, sewer lateral replacement and storm drainage improvements. Estimated Value -- $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
