The work to be performed consists of the construction of dormitory space for 236 persons based on the standard "1+1 living/sleeping room modules. The standard module will include a two-person living/sleeping room, two built-in closets, and shared kitchen and bathroom. Dormitory will also provide laundry, storage, office and recreational spaces for occupants. Supporting facilities will include utilities, fire protection, paving, walks, curb and gutter, communications, and sewage. Work also includes asbestos removal and demolition of 3 old dormitory buildings located remote from the new site.
