The project consists of the construction of a new combined Dining Hall/Physical Fitness/Medical Training Facility; the construction of a new Security Police Operations Facility and renovations to existing buildings 6900 and 6905. New construction scope is approximately 29,000SF and Repair/Renovations approximately 14,000SF. The work will consist of all the site work and site utilities, pavements, concrete foundations, masonry and steel structures, roofing systems, interior finishes, equipment and all electrical mechanical and fire protection systems. Contractor to furnish all plant, labor materials, equipment and supervision required for complete and usable facilities. The contractor will also be required to supply at least two separate site superintendents. Project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project is unrestricted. Therefore responses are solicited from all business concerns. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 days after this publication. Bid Opening Date will be 30 days after issuance of solicitation. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for the solicitation package.
