Provide all plant, labor, material, appliances, equipment, and supervision necessary to install utilities and foundation for CATM at Selfridge ANG Base MI. Work includes, but is notlimited to excavating, forming, pouring and backfilling for the concrete foundation for a 32'x71' building and the trenching, laying, tapping, and backfilling of water, sewer, and gas lines at the project site where shown on the drawings. All work to be in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Project VGLZ962064, "Install Utilities and Foundation, Combined Armed Training and Maintenance (CATM)". The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Performance period is seventy-give (75) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
