Space and Missile Systems Center/Operational Contracting Division (SMC/ PKDK) is seeking interested sources for competitively awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to remove/replace existing water lines in 99 housing units at Fort MacArthur Military Family Housing annex, San Pedro, California. We encourage small business having the capability to provide such effort to participate. The scope of work shall consist of replacing under the slab hot and cold water lines at housing units, with new above the slab water lines concealed within walls, ceilings, and cabinets. Repair existing surface upon completion of repair of the water lines. Basic effort will consist or one (1) year with four (4) each one (1) year options totaling five (5) year contract. The Government will only be obligated to the contractor with a minimum quantity delivery order for the basic effort. Further quantities shall be furnished to the contractor when funds become available. Performance period shall be established for each delivery order to be accomplished.
