The Contractor shall provide labor, material and supervision to 1) reinforced concrete channel and storage, 2) new storage drain with slope protection structure, 3) regrade existing unpaved access road to new reinforced concrete channel and storage, 4) new reinforced concrete walls for fuel, injectant, and oxidizer tanks, 5) two new secondary containment's and concrete pads and perform any incidential related work.
