Candelaria (505) 342-3452 (Site Code DACA47) Description of work: Project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing perimeter security fence system, removal and replacement of the existing perimeter security system, installation of new exterior and interior close circuit TV systems, installation of a new interior security lighting system and installation of new emergency power and lighting systems. An option is provided for the construction of a new parking lot entrance to the facility. This option will include a new modular guard house, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, parking lot lighting, chain link fencing around parking lot, new motorized vehicle gate, and new flexible and rigid pavements. The guard house will require a foundation, HVAC, power and lighting systems. Plans will be issued on or about 11 July 1997 with bid opening on or about 12 August 1997. the construction period is 300 calendar days. The cost of plans and specifications is $50.00 per set. This charge is non-refundable.
