Lucas (907) 384-7105 (Site Code DAHC76) Contractor shall provide the necessary Labor, Tools, Equipment, Materials, and Transportation, and perform all work detailed in the specifications and drawings to replace the existing, multiple section rolling hangar door with a new overhead hoist up fabric door system, at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The work shall include, but not be limited to, demolition of the existing hangar door and door foundations, installation of structural steel support for a new overhead hoist up fabric door system, including the doors with associated operators and hardware, foundations, structural support, electrical service, metal siding and two (2) personnel doors. Repair/replace all existing floors, pavement and structures disturbed by construction. The project is estimated to be completed by 30 July 1998. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (P. L. 100-656) and includes the Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns in Construction Acquisitions -- Test Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1541, the size standard for which is $17M average annual receipts. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
