This project will install overfill protection on 27 Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) to bring them into compliance with Nebraska Administrative Code 159. Work will include installing backflow preventors, containment sumps, electronic monitoring, and all necessary excavation and concrete work. This project will also involve replacing an existing 20,000 Gallon underground Storage Tank at Building B482. Work shall include removing the tank, any piping and obsolete electrical systems, installing a new tank, cathodic protection, and remediating any contaminated soil. The new tank will include interstitial leak detection and overfill protection. Related paving and land scaping will also be required. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. This action is considered full and open competition. Sic code 1629 applies. The magnitude for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. The SBA size standard of $7,000,000 is a three year average annual gross revenue.
