Contractor to demolish damaged roof and metal siding, vent pipes, overhang, lighting system, damaged roll-up doors, repair existing structural supports and concrete floor, and install replacement roofing, metal siding, roll-up doors and lighting system. Contractor also to prepare 700 SF staging area which includes demolishing asphalt and replacing with concrete, construction of enclosure, installation of new gas line rough-in for future heat eradication system, power roof ventilators, exterior wall louvers, guard rails and new signs. Estimated project amount is $100,000 to $250,000. Period of performance is 120 calendar days. Hours of work are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
