The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract from this solicitation. The renovation of the existing facility includes wall covering, lights, GFI plugs, cabinets, counter tops, carpets, new plumbing fixtures, new ceiling fans, new energy efficient windows, new smoke and fire alarms, refinishing of doors, and ceilings to be floated and patched. Estimated performance period shall be 480 calendar days; estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1 million. Solicitation documents will be available for $30.00 (1/2 size drawings only).
