Coulter (410) 278-2399 (Site Code DAAD05) Z -- Furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to perform all work necessary for the renovation of rooms 85, 86 and 88, from its current use as storage apace to office and laboratory areas in building E-3330, in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The work to be performed includes but not limited to the following: Removal of the existing mechanical equipment, electrical lighting, wiring, etc. Lead abatement and asbestos abatement will be required. Further includes the installation of new partitions, ceilings, doors, floor finishes, HVAC, lighting and the installation of fume hoods with chemical biological radioactive (CBR) exhaust filter systems. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Completion schedule is 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
