Fax at (703) 607-4611 This is a re-synopsis of a requirement previously synposized on 07 February 1997. RFP Number DCA100-97-R-0007 is hereby canceled and the new RFP Number is DCA100-97-R-0076. The Defense Information Systems Agency, Defense Information Technology Contracting Office-NCR (DITCO-NCR) intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of protocol analyzer systems. This acquisition for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 protocol analyzer systems is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation DCA100-97-R-0076 and is a total small business set-aside under SIC Code 3825 and a Size Standard of 500. Interested offerors should request a copy of the RFP by writing to the Defense Information Systems Agency, DITCO-NCR, ATTN: Cynthia Murphy, 701 S. Courthouse Road, Arlington, VA 22204-2199 (Fax 703-607-4611). No telephonic requests will be honored. The delivery schedule for this product will be thirty (30) days after date of award (ADAD). FOB Destination shall be at a location in the Washington, D.C. area to be provided with the award document. Offerors shall propose their commercial warranty and all shipping costs are to be included in the proposal price. The provision at FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be the lowest price.
