This acquisition is for procuring a total of one hundred twenty-five (125) electronic equipment mounting frames with 19 inch electronic equipment racks with two (2) power supplies. SIC Code 2514, Size Standard is 500 employees. Frames must be able mount Allied Signal KIV-7HS encryption units. The only frames identified thus far which meet the Government's requirements are Pulse Engineering's Dual Unit Housing, Model/Part Number 3014-2. The proposed purchase order for the frames for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested offerors must submit a notice of intent within 15 days from the dated of this publication to be considered by the Government.
