The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Contracting Flight intends to issue a purchase order for 171 Spotlights, 342 Battery-Packs and 171 Replacement Bulbs with the following specifications/requirements. 1) Gall's Inc item number FL183 or Equal; Hand-held/tripod spotlight with 1 million candle-power (CP). Weigh no more than 4 lbs; 12-volt with attached 12-volt cord with cigar plug; cord must be at least 20 feet in length. Built in tripod stand, at least 12" in height; adjustable base and head to adjust the angle of light up to at least 180 degrees. 2) Gall's Inc item number BU121 or Equal Replacement Bulb for FL183 or Equal 1 million CP Spotlight. 3) Gall's Inc item number SL027 or Equal Portable, rechargeable, 12-volt battery pack with AC charger cord and carrying case with adjustable shoulder strap. Battery pack weigh no more than 6 lbs. Preferably black color for both spotlight and battery pack.
