Provide all labor, plant, material equipment and supervision to perform all operations to demolish and haul the old bathhouse located at Pope Air Force Base IAW drawings and specifications. All concrete, metal, glass, wood and any other materials not naturally occurring within 15' of the existing footprint of the bathhouse shall be disassembled and hauled off of base at the contractor's expense. The 940 gallon hot water storage generator has asbestos insulation on its exterior and approximately 40 LF of piping has asbestos insulation. The insulation is approximately 2" thick and is to be removed and disposed of. All disturbed areas shall be supplied with a minimum of 2" topsoil and seeded with grass like that in the surrounding area. Government to authorize contractor use of available utilities. Trades involved will only require a limited amount of water, electricity and sewage.
