Solicitation will be issued for a base and four option year renewals. Effective date is January 1, 1998. Proposals will be evaluated on a source selection basis that includes the following evaluation factors in descending order of preference. Experience and Staffing; Quality of Services; Availability of Services; Pricing/Fee Schedule. Solicitation shall be issued O/A 7/21/97 and offers will be due O/A 8/20/97.
