Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Washington DC, intends to extend
services to Amric, Associates Ltd, Contract # 68-W4-0023, for continued
uninterrupted investigative services to assist EPA and the U.S.
Attorney for the Western District of New York, in investigating and
prosecuting defendants involved in Iroquois Gas Transmission System's
violation of permit requirements under the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C.
1251 et seq. These services are needed in an on going criminal
investigation which is at a critical and sensitive stage, and continues
to require substantial involvement by a criminal investigator who is
intimately familiar with the industry, and the witnesses and potential
witnesses who may be necessary to present successfully the U.S
Attorney's case. Contract # 68-W4-0023 with Amric, will be extended for
a one year with two six month option periods to begin October 1, 1997
