Requirement for education services in which the successful offeror shall furnish the government all management, supervision, personnel, transportation, equipment materials and supplies, except as specified herein as government furnished, to provide education services to military and civilian members of the Army community at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Education services consist of educational testing, remedial/tutorial instruction, course/program registration activities, learning center operations, curriculum and test development. The population serviced is primarily active duty Army personnel assigned for permanent duty at Fort Monmouth, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, MTMC Bayonne, and AAFES Newark, New Jersey. These services are presently performed by contract on the facilities at Fort Monmouth, N.J. Building 551. This solicitation is restricted to "institutions accredited by institutional accrediting bodies reorganized by the Council on Postsecondary Education (COPA) and the Department of Education (DOE)". The requirement is set by para 1-11d, AR621-5 (1 Apr 89). Contract period is from 1 Oct 97 thru 30 Sep 98 with 2 each 1 year option years. Proposed procurement is subject to availability of funds.
