The central focus of the two-day course is managing a diverse workforce effectively and clarifying the responsibilities of State Department supervisors and managers with regard to Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action/Diversity issues. The participants (25-30 maximum per session) are foreign and civil service supervisors and managers. This is a simplified acquisition for base plus one option year.
