The services involve picking up samples from the VA Primary Care Center in Stamford, Connecticut and delivering them to the VA Connecticut, West Haven Campus Laboratory at 950 Campbell Avenue, three times each week. The services also involve picking up samples from the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut and the United States Naval Hospital in Groton, Connecticut and delivering them to the West Haven Campus.
