Repair High Temperature Hot Water Phase 3, Areas 1800 and 1900 to include decontamination, closure, and removal of existing underground high temperature hot water (HTHW) system which includes HTHW conduit, HTHW supply, HTHW return and compressed air (CA) piping and installation of new underground Class A HTHW system to include cathodic protection. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted, open to all small and large businesses. The Government will award a contract from this solicitation on the basis of the best value to the Government considering price and past performance as equal factors. Acceptable past performance will be work on high temperature hot water distribution systems installation or repair, steam distribution systems installation or repair, oil refinery construction, or other similar type work performed within the last three years. Sub-contractor plans are required. Proposed contract is between $1.0 Million and $5.0 Million dollars. Standard Industrial Code is 1711. Any concern responding to this solicitation is classified as a small business if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $7.0 Million dollars.
