One Job, 238 calendar day performance period. Estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; cutting; patching; removal of central steam and hot water heating system; removal and reinstallation of existing light fixtures; modify existing fire alarm control system; provide new exterior screen wall for chiller and transformer; removal and replacement of ceiling systems to accommodate mechanical and electrical work to the existing building. The proposed procurement listed herein is being issued as an unrestricted acquisition.
