Pizarro, (315) 772-6510 (Site Code DAKF36) Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the design to convert existing electric baseboard heat to a gas fired hydronic heating system in the 8000 area, Fort Drum, New York, in strict accordance with the statement of work, the specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Principal features: The work to be performed will include, but is not limited to the following items. (1) Replacement of existing electric (baseboard and unit heater heating system) with a gas fired hydronic heating system in accordance with the applicable codes and manufacturer's recommendations. (2) Provide combustion air for natural gas fired equipment in accordance with applicable codes and standards where existing provisions are inadequate. (3) Remove electrical power and controls to the electric heating system. (4) Miscellaneous gypsum board work, roofing work, painting, carpentry, and related work for the improvement of heating equipment rooms. (5) Miscellaneous cutting, patching, and repairing plus the creation of gypsum board chases as required for the installation of the new hydronic system.
