Work involves installation of sheetrock, metal stud partitions, accoustical ceilings and electrical modifications. All work shall be in accordance with specifications and drawings. Estimated cost range for this project is bwtween $25,000 and $100,000. Completion time is 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
