Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision for Project VGLZ970018, "Replace Windows and Upgrade Existing Air Conditioning Hangar 36", at Selfridge ANG Base Michigan. Work to consist of the replacement of approximately 2,000 SF of steel sash windows with new energy efficient windows on west elevation (administration area on first floor and entire second floor) of Hangar 36. Work also to include the up-grade of existing A/C and additional A/C installation to eliminate all existing window A/C units. Current Situation: The windows to be replaced were installed in a 1957 hangar addition construction project. The windows are large steel sash single pane. The window openings to be renovated vary in size from 4' wide x 8' high to 16' wide x 8' high. Address all environmental concerns. All work shall be constructed as per Plans and Specifications titled VGLZ970018, Repair Windows and Upgrade Existing Air Conditioning Hangar 36. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude of the construction is between $50,000.00 to $100,000.00. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
