Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Construct site preparation and improvements and electrical work to support a precast concrete shelter with equipment by others. Construct interior renovations to include general, HVAC and electrical construction at Bldg 3200. Provide automatic transfer switches and emergency generators at four sites at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 18 JUL 97. The performance period is approximately 195 calendar days.
