Includes removal of existing and provide new branch circuit conductors, wiring devices, service entrance conductors, and load centers as required. Wood trim may consist of base mold, shoe mold, window jambs, trim and apron, paint and/or stain all surfaces as required. This is a requirements-type contract for a one year period. Magnitude of project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency.
