This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items. Proposals are hereby requested under RFQ N00189-97-Q-5383 a subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Acquisition Group Norfolk intends to purchase, on a brand name or equal basis, as follows: 1) 3 each, Coupler, P/N 61525FGM, 2) 8 each, Coupler, P/N 61445D4H and 3) 15 each, Nozzle, P/N 64349BF5H6P. The manufacturer of these items is Carter Ground Fueling Company. Award of a firm fixed price contract on a brand name or equal basis is contemplated. **Required Delivery Date is 13 September 1997.** Proposals received shall specify FOB Destination, Norfolk, VA with the requirement for export packaging. Offers other than FOB Destination shall be ineligible for award.
