Transmission Equipment is a system that transmits 1.544 Mbps data
through two pairs of subscriber's metallic cable. This unit consists of
a center unit (HTU-C), a remote terminal unit (HTU-R), and a monitor /
control terminal (NE-OPS). This unit shall be designed to transmit
1.544 Mbps digital signals (TTC JT-I431/I431-a) per second between the
HTU-C and the HTU-R in a two-way, symmetric manner, while remotely
monitoring and testing units and lines through the NE-OPS. Quantity:
