The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) St. Inigoes, MD, has a requirement for engineering and technical support services for design, development, integration, test and evaluation, installation, certification, maintenance, and integrated logistic support of fleet C3 systems. These systems shall include airborne, shipboard, and shore based communications, air traffic control, identification friend-or-foe, and other types of C3 systems. The anticipated time and material contract shall consist of one base period with four options not to exceed a total of five years. This is a follow-on effort to N00140-93-D-CD20; the incumbent is Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. This effort is 100% set aside for small business.
