Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement to procure a Day/Night Adaptive Acoustic Ladar Analyzer (DNAALA) in support of the Radiant Outlaw Program. The DNAALA is designed to provide accurate target information, interface with a laser radar receiver and digitally demodulate the acoustic signatures, and provide operator control and display functions for the Navy Microdoppler. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Pro Sol Technologies, Inc. 123 North Main Street, Dublin, PA 18917, because the company owns the proprietary rights on the unique design, and the specialized configuration data of Pro Sol Technologies .part number PSAALA-0010. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be negotiate for an estimated quantity of (1) lot. Delivery will be FOB destination within 30 days of contract award.
