Henson 210-652-6931, fax 210-652-6309, email -- hensonc@agency.afsv.af.mil The contractor is to provide operational and business systems analysis of the Air Force Services Agency employee benefits programs. This analysis is to evaluate, identify, and integrate AFSVA operational systems requirements in the context of private business practices and current technology. Recommended solutions must be capable of interfacing with existing Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) personnel and Nonappropriated Management Information System (NAFMIS) payroll systems owned by other Department of Defense entities. Results of the analysis must support future operations to include purchases of supportng open system computer hardware, peripherals, and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) application software. Request for copies of this solicitation must be in writing and must be received by AFNAF Purchasing Office no later than 15 Aug 97. This is a Nonappropriated Fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
