The project consists of the design and construction of an expansion to the Fort Myers Processing & Distribution Facility, 14080 Jetport Loop, Fort Myers, Florida, of approximately 90,500 adjusted gross square feet. The work will include concrete parking and maneuvering areas, concrete slab on raised grade steel column, beam and joist structure, exterior concrete panels to match existing precast concrete panels and modified bitumen roofing. Special systems include the installation of a lookout gallery spine, investigative room and closed circuit television system (CCTV). Technical submittals will require evidence of (1) Experience; (2) Management Plan; (3) Financial Capability; and (4) Organization. Plans will be available July 2, 1997. Proposal are due August 6, 1997.
