The successful contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform all housing management tasks and functions. Services include but are not limited to: guidance for military personnel concerning on-base and off-base housing, housing technical data, reports and surveys, assignments and terminations, FOIA requests, waiting lists, occupancy reports, GOQ cost report validation, manage the off-base housing program, manage unaccompanied housing and coordination with 2d Civil Engineers Squadron personnel on new housing construction.
