FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue an RFQ for the following: Medical laboratory testing services to include all services and materials for Triple Screen testing of Maternal Alpha Fetoprotein, Unconjugated Estriol and HCG. Approximately 1500 tests per month. Laboratory testing is to be performed off-site. Contractor will be required to provide all certified laboratory results, and courier services. The period of performance required is October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 (base year) and (3) one year option periods. Award of the base year does not commit the government to an extension of the option years. The solicitation package (RFQ) containing all applicable descriptions/specifications for this requirement will be available to all responsible small business sources effective July 16, 1997. All responsible sources may submit a FAXED request for the RFQ during the synopsis period of July 2, 1997 to July 16, 1997. All requests for the solicitation must include the RFQ number, current business address, company POC and should be addressed to the BID OFFICER. The package must be received by 1500 hrs.
