This work includes provisions of necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision and management to perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine and emergency service calls on ten overhead doors in Building 10 Preventative maintenance shall be performed quarterly. Service calls encompass maintenance and repair which requires less than 8 man-hours, not including travel time, and/or $500.00 in material costs to the Contractor. The Contractor shall respond to routine service calls within 48 hours and emergency service calls within 4 hours at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 7389. The related Small Business size standard is 5.0 Million. This solicitation is for one (1) year plus two (4) one year option years of performance. The proposed contract listed here is 100 set aside for Small Business (SB) concerns.
